1. Service Overview
1.1 The service includes cleaning of exterior and/or interior windows as specified during booking.
1.2 Any additional services (e.g., gutter cleaning, conservatory windows, bi-fold doors, interior window cleaning, builders clean, works after building work, scraping, additional ladder work etc.) must be pre-arranged and may incur extra charges.
1.3 Exterior Cleaning of windows is where possible always conducted using the safest method possible which is usually the use of purified water and waterfed pole method (windows will remain wet for a period after cleaning and will dry satisfactorily clean)
2. Access to Property
2.1 The client agrees to provide safe and clear access to the property, including windows, gates, and pathways.
2.2 We will notify you of attendance in advance usually by Text Message the day prior to attendance.
2.3 If access is restricted or unsafe, the service may be rescheduled or canceled, and a call-out fee may apply.
2.4 For upper-floor windows, suitable access (e.g., ladders, water-fed pole systems) will be determined by the service provider.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Additional services - Payment must be made promptly upon completion of the service by DIRECT DEBIT unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Accepted payment methods for regular window cleaning include

3.3 Additional Services we may accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or any method agreed in advance.
3.4 Late payments may incur additional charges, as specified by the service provider.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
4.2 Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee.
4.3 In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the service provider will reschedule at the earliest convenience. We do not accept client cancellation due to bad weather. If weather does not permit safe cleaning we will reschedule.
5. Liability
5.1 The service provider is insured for accidental damage directly caused during the cleaning process.
5.2 The provider is not liable for pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or property, or for damage caused by defective fittings.
5.3 The client must notify the provider of any fragile, cracked, or loose fixtures before the cleaning begins.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
6.1 The provider strives for high-quality results; if any issues arise, the client must notify the provider within 24 hours of the service.
6.2 The provider reserves the right to inspect and rectify any concerns raised.
7. Safety and Equipment
7.1 The provider uses appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions, ensuring safety and efficiency.
7.2 Clients must inform the provider of any known risks or hazards on the property (e.g., loose tiles, aggressive pets).
8. Environmental and Water Usage
8.1 The provider uses environmentally friendly cleaning solutions wherever possible.
8.2 Water usage is minimized and managed responsibly; clients with water restrictions must notify the provider in advance.
9. Regular Cleaning Agreements
9.1 Regular clients (e.g., monthly or bi-weekly services) are responsible for ensuring access on agreed dates.
9.2 Any missed appointments due to lack of access may still incur the full service charge.
10. Complaints and Disputes
10.1 Any complaints should be made in writing or via email within 48 hours of the service.
10.2 The provider will work to resolve any issues amicably and efficiently.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 Client information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11.2 The provider will not share client information with third parties without consent.
12. Amendments to Terms
12.1 The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with appropriate notice to the client.

By booking the window cleaning service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
